Conditions
On this website huntadvertise.com you can put private and business advertisements that have to do with hunting and/or with shooting sport. Advertisements that do not meet the above requirement of huntadvertise.com, can be refused without reasons given. Non-profit organisations or clubs/associations that meet the above requirement, may insert a link to their website or e-mail address free of charge.
You accept to agree with our conditions.
You agree to not hold us responsible for anything that other users insert or do. As the majority of the material on huntadvertise.com comes from other users, we cannot give any guarantee for the contents of their advertisements and messages or for the quality, safety or rightfulness of what they offer. Neither can we give any guarantee with regard to the permanent or secure access to our services. We therefore exclude all implicit guarantees from our general conditions, in so far as legal. We are not responsible either for any loss of money, goodwill or reputation or for any particular, direct or indirect or consequential damage arising from your using huntadvertise.com. Some jurisdictions do not allow the use of disclaimers or the exclusion of damage, so that (some of) these disclaimers or the exclusion of damage possibly may not apply to you.
If, in spite of the above, we would be responsible, our liability towards you or third parties is limited to max. (a) the total amount that you paid to us during the last 12 months preceding the event that caused the liability, or (b) 100 euro, whatever is higher.
For the category Weapons/arms and ammunition the following phrase is added by huntadvertise.com:
The article offered is only supplied to those persons who have a licence to procure it.
With regard to private advertisements:
Only one private advertisement plus photo can be put on huntadvertise.com. Once you have inserted your advertisement, it will be confirmed by huntadvertise.com by e-mail. In this e-mail we will add a number to your advertisement. Within 48 hours your advertisement will be put on huntadvertise.com.
For every supplementary advertisement huntadvertise.com will charge you € 6,- (incl. € 0,96 V.A.T.). This will be confirmed to you by e-mail. You should indicate the number of the advertisement with your payment. Within 48 hours from receipt of payment this advertisement will be put on huntadvertise.com.
Note: When you remove your first advertisement, you may insert another one free of charge.
Advertisements that are not longer valid, should be removed as soon as possible.
With regard to business advertisements:
You may insert the name of your company plus a short description of your products (50 characters) with a link to your website or advertisement.
For supplementary links, we will charge you € 50,- (excl. V.A.T.) per year.
The price for 3 links is € 125,-(excl. V.A.T.) per year and for 5 links € 200,=(excl. V.A.T.) per year.
